is a computer scientist, algorithm architect and expert in financial systems with extensive experience in developing complex mathematical models for financial and investment planning.
He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the renowned Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and has held positions including Head of the IT Department at Gazprombank and Director of Project Management at TransTeleCom – two of Russia’s largest financial and telecommunications groups.
As the scientific mastermind behind StratePlan, he is responsible for the development of mathematical optimisation algorithms and the technical platform architecture. His work combines mathematical precision, risk-adjusted investment strategies and high-performance computing solutions based on state-of-the-art technologies.

Holding GmbH, he is responsible for numerous successful company developments - including the international expansion of Flatlift TV Liftsysteme Operations GmbH to become the world market leader in the field of special solutions for TV lift integration on superyachts and in the field of AV integration for private households.
With the founding of mAInthink GmbH, Sascha Rissel brings his entrepreneurial vision and management experience to the field of AI-supported financial and investment optimisation. His focus is on strategy, scaling, business development and building strategic partnerships with partners from politics, business and technology.
